White, in compound umbels; those at the edge of the individual clusters have somewhat larger petals. The flower clusters (up to 6 cm in diameter) are dense, borne on between six and 15 stout rays at the top of the ridged, cylindrical, hairless stem. Both bracts and bracteoles are present; all are narrow and linear
Leaves:
Basal leaves are twice pinnately divided, into toothed, ovate leaflets, while stem leaves are once pinnate, divided into a few well-separated linear leaflets
