Flowers:
The four petals are deep pink, crossed by branched purple veins, up to 24 mm long. At the centre are six short stamens, only slightly exserted
Fruit:
Flat discs, circular to ovate, becoming silvery when mature
Leaves:
Ovate to heart-shaped, long-stalked towards the base, sessile towards the tip, lined by irregular teeth, with a covering of appressed hairs
