Saxifraga X Polita, False Londonpride





Saxifraga x polita is a natural hybrid, between saxifraga hirsuta (kidney saxifrage) and saxifraga spathularis (St Patrick's-cabbage), and, like its parents, is native only to western Ireland, but has been introduced to other areas.

Broadly ovate, tapering quite sharply to a long, hairy stalk. Lined by regular teeth. Blades are around 1.5 cm long, the stalks 3.5 cm
