Five stamens, the lower two longer with decurrent anthers, and hairless towards the top, the upper three shorter, hairy all along, with transverse anthers. Stamen hairs are red-purple. Flowers are attached by stalks which are shorter than the calyx
Leaves:
Dark green, with irregularly toothed margins and a wrinkled surface. Basal leaves taper at the base, while those up the stem are heart-shaped at the base, and somewhat clasping
